Tremayne Cobb
Tremayne currently holds the position of Vice President and Treasurer on the Transportation FCU Board of Directors, where he has served for 3 years. During his tenure, he has actively participated in various committees and teams, contributing to the completion of significant projects such as the renovation of the headquarters building, enhanced community engagement, and the development of strategic growth plans for the credit union.
In his role as Director of Financial Management at the FAA, Tremayne brings 25 years of extensive experience in auditing, policy formulation, and financial systems. He currently leads a team of 127 employees spanning 6 divisions, overseeing a budget of $88 million. Tremayne’s commitment to integrity, wealth of experience, and dedication to service, positions him as a valuable asset in furthering TFCU’s reputation as a premier financial institution for years to come.
Michael Falby
Michael currently volunteers as a member of the Transportation FCU Delinquency Committee which meets regularly on a monthly basis. Serving on this committee offers him a great perspective into a key financial component with huge ramifications on the performance of the Credit Union. At the FAA he serves as a core member on the Executive team for the Office of Financial Management. His previous experience was at the Department of Education, working with grants, loans, and payments as a Program Management Analyst.
Michael has been a member of credit unions for over 20 years. As a current member of two credit unions, he is acutely aware of the financial products, services, and benefits of being a member. Mr. Falby is eager to serve the TFCU community in this capacity.
Katrina Hall
Katrina is the Deputy Chief Operating Officer (DCOO) for Programs and Support within the Air Traffic Organization (ATO) at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). She oversees, advises, and guides the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on all aspects of the modernization and evolution of the National Airspace System (NAS), human capital management, safety and technical training, and programs and acquisition management for the Air Traffic Organization. She advises the COO in formulating and administering a budget of over $11B.
Katrina is currently a member of the Transportation Federal Credit Union Supervisory Committee. As a public servant for over 30 years, working in the Department of Defense and many parts of the FAA, she would like to leverage her financial acumen, focus on equity and inclusion, and leadership skills to continue to enhance TFCU operations.
Bryan Allan Maynard
Bryan serves as the Director of Resource Management at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration of Children and Families (ACF). Prior to his tenure at ACF, he served as the director of budget and finance at the Executive Office of the President/The White House with over two decades of experience in Federal Service. As the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, he assisted the CFO in the supervision and direction of financial management operations and staff, while managing a portfolio of $990.5 million. He also has experience with various other federal agencies, such as the NIH, HUD, VA, and Homeland Security.
Bryan has been a TFCU member since 2021 and believes his diverse expertise in the area of finance will contribute to the credit union’s astute mission and vision. He has a Master’s in Management with a concentration in Finance.
Kyle Gracey
Kyle has served on the Transportation FCU Delinquency Committee for the past year. Prior to that, they served on the Supervisory Committee for 2 years, most recently as Secretary. Kyle earned the Volunteer Expert Certification from America’s Credit Unions, the advocacy organization for credit unions. Kyle was a TFCU representative for the past 2 years at America’s Credit Union conferences. Kyle has been a TFCU member since 2006 and is excited at the opportunity to extend their service to TFCU.
Kyle has extensive experience with financial management and organizational governance, serving on 10 nonprofit boards of directors over 12 years. Kyle is a former DOT policy analyst and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Public Policy.
LaQuan Partee McCarley
LaQuan is the Founder and CEO of Verve Consultants, Inc., a woman and minority-owned small business specializing in business development, growth strategies, and client relationship management for both public and private companies. With over 20 years of experience, she is a respected leader, educator, and speaker, guiding entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses through government contracting.
LaQuan is committed to addressing barriers faced by small businesses, sharing her expertise and resources to foster growth and success. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lincoln University, she brings a unique blend of legal, government, and business development experience to her consultancy work. Actively involved in her community, LaQuan facilitates entrepreneurship workshops, mentors students for job readiness, and has been a dedicated member of Transportation FCU for three decades.
