DOTTIE is our automated teller designed to conduct your financial transactions privately and conveniently from anywhere you have access to a touch-tone telephone.

Use DOTTIE for fast and convenient service 24 hours a days, 7 days a week. DOTTIE is a free service available to all members who request it. All you need is a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to get started. To request a PIN, call (202) 366-9400 or (800) DOTTIE2 or e-mail us.
